The SCADA Air Flotation waste-water system

Larger picture

SCAF/DAF®, which stands for SCADA Air Flotation, is a system designed for the removal of Fats, Oils, Greases, COD, BOD, and Suspended Solids from Industrial and Municipal Effluent.  Air induction technology lies at the heart of the system.   SCAF® pre-treatment alone often suffices to meet regulatory requirements for discharge to the public sewage system.  In other cases, it reduces the total organic loading, thereby expanding the treatment capacity of biological plant.  SCAF® is also frequently used for final 'polishing' of effluent before discharge.
